Our specialist policy provides cover for your property during the renovation process.

Under a single insurance policy we cover both the existing structure and contract works on an 'all-risks' basis throughout the period of renovation. The insurance is purchased on an ad-hoc basis and will run for the duration of the project.

The insurance policy may also be extended to include employers and public liability cover, own and hired in plant insurance and contents insurance.
